Where can I find the serial number?
The serial number is provided on the garment's hang tag and may also appear on the authenticity label sewn inside the coat's lining.
What does verification confirm?
Verification confirms the serial number corresponds to a registered Casiani piece and supports authenticity documentation.
My serial number is not recognized. What should I do?
Double-check the characters and spacing, then try again. If it still fails, contact support/live chat for manual review.
Where does the fur in my coat come from?
Every pelt is bought at auction from certified programmes: the farms are audited under WelFur, and we have begun adding the Furmark trace code to our coats. Read who checks our fur, or ask us for the auction and lot details of your coat.
