A mink vest is sleeveless mink, cut for layering. It keeps your core warm and leaves your arms free, so it works over a knit or a blazer, indoors, in the car and on milder winter days. Every mink fur vest here is made in Blackglama mink, in short, long, collarless and stand collar cuts, by hand in our Kastoria workshop.

Should you choose a mink vest or a mink jacket?
It depends on where you will wear it. A mink vest layers under a coat and over a knit, travels well and suits a car, an office or a mild day. A mink jacket is the warmer, more finished piece and the one that reads as outerwear on its own. Many customers end up with both, because they solve different days.
When would you wear a mink vest instead of a coat?
On milder days, indoors and when driving. A vest keeps your core warm without the bulk of sleeves, so it layers over a sweater or a jacket where a full coat would be too much.
What does female mink mean on a vest?
It means the vest is made from female pelts. They are smaller, lighter and silkier than male pelts, which gives a softer drape, but more skins go into the same garment.
What sizes do you make?
Sizes 36 to 50, made by hand in Kastoria, Greece. We also take custom orders if you need something outside that range.
