Sable for milder weather, which mostly means less of it. Shorter cuts, lighter skins, and pieces that use sable as trim on cashmere rather than as a full pelt garment. The logic is simple: sable is warm enough that a full-length coat is unwearable above a certain temperature, but a sable collar on a light cashmere coat carries the same character across a far wider range. These are also the pieces that travel best, since they pack down in a way a full fur does not. Every piece is hand-finished in our Greek atelier.
